Making big moves for small businesses.
2020 has been an extremely difficult year for Canadian small businesses and Google wanted to help with their economic recovery. So when they pledged to bring 50,000 Canadian small businesses online, we knew we had to create a meaningful piece of content to help spread the word. But how do you create content when the city is in lockdown?
With a little insight, a lot of imagination, and a resilience only a small business owner would have, we conceptualized a piece of content with Peter, a local business owner.
Peter was not only the subject, but the director, the DP, you name it. Through a never-been-done-before set-up, we filmed the spot all via Google Hangouts, edited with live YouTube links and of course, the campaign was shot entirely on Pixels.
