Mosaic is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies when you interact with Mosaic online or through the advertising and marketing services we offer our clients (our “Services”).

Marketing Communications

Typically, we send marketing communications on behalf of our clients. We may, occasionally, send marketing communications on our own behalf in connection with programs or experiences we create for the benefit of clients. Any opt-out of our clients’ communications should be sent through that client. You can opt-out of Mosaic’s marketing communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals. Instead, we adhere to the standards set out in this privacy policy and offer the opt-out choices described above.


Rights for Our California Residents

We collect information on behalf of our clients. Residents of California (“California Consumers”) may have additional privacy rights under California law, such as the right to know what information is collected, how their information is used, who their information is shared with, as well as the right to the access, delete or obtain a copy of their information. To exercise any of these rights, California Consumers should contact our clients directly.

Rights for Our Canadian Residents

Residents of Canada may request access to their personal information and request a correction to it if they believe it is inaccurate. If you would like to have access to the personal information Mosaic has about you, or if you would like to have it corrected, please contact us using the contact information provided below. In cases where we process your personal information for one of our clients, rather than control it ourselves, we may direct your request to our client. If you would like to access or correct information held by one of our clients, you should direct your request to that client directly.

In some cases we may not be able to allow you to access certain personal information in certain circumstances, for example if it contains personal information of other persons, or for legal reasons.

To help protect against fraudulent requests for access to your personal information, we may ask you for information to allow us to confirm that the person making the request is you or is authorized to access your information before granting access. For example, we may require you to verify your identity before you access your personal information.
